Individual therapy for unique minds

a safe space to be
authentically YOU

my view of therapy

Many neurodivergent adults spend years feeling out of step with the world around them. You may have become very good at coping, masking, pushing through, or trying to be the person you think you ought to be - while privately and exhaustingly feeling misunderstood, or not quite enough.

I work with neurodivergent adults - people who are autistic, have ADHD, are AuADHD like me, or who are simply beginning to wonder whether their mind works differently.

Therapy is not about making yourself more acceptable to others. It is about understanding yourself more deeply, and realising that self-acceptance is not a compromise.

What I offer is a genuinely accepting relationship, and a space to be more fully yourself than perhaps almost anywhere else.

As the pressure to conform or perform eases off, change has a way of happening without being forced.
